Description: Curved pointed-tip Vetus tweezers (ESD-15) are another must-have bit of gear for the field and lab. Great also for handling machine parts. Made in the USA.
Dr G's recommendation: The ESD-15 curved tweezer is another type of tweezer that I use a lot in the laboratory. For me, I think that they are best for handling small chips of broken fossils or artefacts, especially when you’re trying to glue them back into place. They’re also a standard in the lab where you are working with fine machine parts. Angled at around 45° to the length, they narrow into a pointed tip. It’s a highly-functional design and super-comfortable in the hand.
