How can I contact Dig It Up?

Do you have a physical shop front?

No. Although we are an online store only, we are open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for all of your digging needs!

 

What is your Australian Business Number (ABN)?

Our ABN is 27 569 352 32 and our official business name is 'Dig It Up Australia'.

 

How much will my shipping cost?

We offer a wide range of shipping options. For orders less than 500 grams (which could, for example, include a hand lens or a trowel, our shipping starts at around $6.00. For larger items up to 3 kg, say a geo pick or two, it'll cost from around $10.30. All of our shipping options are revealed during the checkout procedure. How long does postage take?

We offer a range of shipping options generally using the services of Australia Post or private courier. These options include regular or express delivery (ex. Brisbane). Express post is generally next day delivery between captial cities (but a little longer from non-capitals). Please see our Shipping page for more information.

 

How do I know when my order has been shipped?

We will contact you personally via email immediately upon shipping your order. Just be sure that you provide a valid email address during the checkout procedure.

 

What should I do if I do not receive my order on time?

Please contact us in the first instance. In most cases, we have the ability to track packages, so we should be able to tell you exactly where your package is and when it should arrive. Don't forget, we'll always notify you exactly when your order is dispatched- please keep this date in mind, rather than the date that the order was placed.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Dig It Up presently ships within Australia only. Are you a nearby neighbour though, like our friends across the Tasman in New Zealand? Please feel free to contact us directly and we'll see what we can come up with :)

 

What payment options do you offer?

We are able to accept credit card payment (Visa and Mastercard) via our credit processing partner, PayPal. Please note that there is no requirement to sign-up to PayPal to pay via this method. We also offer direct bank deposit (the banking details appear during the checkout procedure and will also be mailed to you upon confirming the order). How do I get a tax invoice / receipt for my order?

All registered customers can easily download a digitial copy of your receipt when you login to Dig It Up (pdf version). We'll also include a hardcopy printed tax invoice in your parcel delivery. This will be your proof of purchase.

 

Are you registered for GST?

No, we are not presently registered to collect GST (Goods and Services Tax). Don't forget, this does not mean that you are not able to claim your orders back through the tax office!

 

Do I need to be a registered member of Dig It Up to place an order?

Nope! We are happy to take your order regardless of whether you choose to register or not. But do keep in mind, only registered members are able to revisit their order histories online as well as download digitial copies of current and past tax invoices / tax receipts. Additionally, registered members who choose to also sign-up to our newsletters will be regularly informed about upcoming sales, promotions, special offers, and the latest going-ons at Dig It Up.
